Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 1 to 5 hours for the tracking information to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY TIME
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
We provide 2 shipping options:
- STANDARD (6-10 days)
- EXPRESS (3-6 days)

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
We kindly request that you allow an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery in certain countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Switzerland, Latvia, Slovenia, Moldova, Serbia, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey and Malta.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
According to customs regulations, Pribo cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
All prices include the applicable VAT. Shipment will be delivered with unpaid duties. All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.
Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping in some cases.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses. So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
FAILED DELIVERY SITUATION
- We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
- If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@pribo.site with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE
PACKAGE DAMAGED, LOST, MISSING
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us via email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will refund you for this.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
