Return and Refund
How long do I have to make a return?
You have a 10 day period to submit the return request. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date your return request got approved.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
How I request a refund?
To initiate a request for refund/return log in to your account and select "Request Return".
How to ship your item(s) back:
Step 1: Make a return request on our website and fill in the reason why you'd like a return.
Step 2: Wait 24-48h to get the approved email with the instructions and shipping address from us.
Step 3: Please choose a carrier and ship the package to our warehouse. Please remember to send your package tracking info to us, otherwise we won’t be able to identify which return package is yours.
Step 4: Wait for the package to arrive at the warehouse. It usually takes 5 - 25 days, depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.
Don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the carrier until your refund has been processed.
- Please make sure to initiate a return request before mailing back your return(s). We do not accept returned items without an approved return request and we are not responsible for returning your unauthorized item(s).
- More details, including the eligible shipping station locations or the warehouse addressess, will be sent to you via email after the return process is submitted and approved on our site.
- For damaged items, faulty items and wrong items, we will issue a full refund (including the shipping cost).
- For unwanted items or exchanges, customers will need to cover the return shipping cost, we will refund the cost of the item(s) once it reaches back our warehouse.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We are not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake.
- If you do not send your package within 7 days after receiving the approval email, we may not be able to process your return, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
- Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- If your order has been paid through Store Points only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: panties, swimwear, accessories (except for scarves).
- Discounted items are labeled as 'Final Sale.
Wheres is my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high processing volume in the warehouse.
